After going to the location, and learning that I needed to register on-line, I selected a stylist and made an appointment. The "estimated wait time" when I confirmed was 26 minutes. That time was pushed back by 20+ minutes but that was fine. After waiting for almost one hour the "scoreboard" showed that my wait was over and that I was "on deck." I even received a text message stated, "Batter up! You are On Deck and next in line for your haircut. Please be in the store and ready for you're haircut experience, or risk losing your spot in line." The stylist then came out and took someone else and my wait time went back to 26 minutes. They later claimed that this other person was in-front of me. I never would have gone to this location, or waited as long as I did, had I know that they clearly do not honor the appointments they make!!!!!!! I lost over two hours and still need a haircut. In the interest of full disclosure, I was later offered a free haircut, which I declined, and told they were planning to update their scheduling system.

Vee has been cutting my hair for some time now. She always does a great job, quickly figuring out how to make the most of a haircut. The total experience is always fun and relaxing.
